Hire terms

Quotes

Quotes are free, no-obligation, and answered within one working day. Prices on this site are indicative day rates + VAT; your final quote is confirmed by a person and is the price that stands.

Equipment condition

Every item is PAT tested before it leaves us and checked again on return. Cables and stands listed with an item are included. If something we supply fails during your hire, call us — we'll fix it, replace it, or make it right.

Your responsibility during the hire

From delivery or collection until return, the equipment is in your care. Please use it indoors (or under proper cover), keep drinks off the mixing desk, and don't let the dance floor adopt the projector. Loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear is chargeable — we'll always talk to you first.

Payment, deposit and cancellation

Payment terms, any deposit, and the cancellation policy for your booking are agreed when your quote is confirmed — before you commit. No surprises on the day.

Delivery, installation and operation

Dry hire, delivery, delivery + install, or fully operated — the service tier you choose is written into the quote, along with timings and access details for your venue.

Insurance

We carry full public liability insurance. If your venue needs to see the certificate, ask and we'll send it over.
